Our walk-in appointments are generally scheduled between the hours listed below for each site, however, we recommend to clients wishing to make an appointment that they attend our locations as early as possible in order to secure an appointment for the same day, as appointments are limited in number.

Clients are allowed to bring a maximum $25.00 cash with them to treatment.
You may bring unopened tobacco products with you to treatment if and only if you are entering an adult treatment facility.

Yes, treatment is co-ed. However, our inpatient/residential programs are segregated by gender within the facility. We also offer gender-specific treatment programming.
The majority of our residential/inpatient suites accommodate three clients; however, some of the larger suites accommodate four clients.
Our inpatient/residential facilities offer a designated workout area and a variety of equipment. Equipment available varies among the facilities.
Our program offers a designated office phone where calls can be made at no charge.

Yes. We provide complimentary transportation to any of our treatment facilities from any location agreed upon by the client and our admissions staff during the assessment process. When possible, we do transport more than one client at a time, so be aware that you may ride with someone else.
Yes. Our drivers are all qualified beyond having a valid Maryland state driver’s licenses. They can administer CPR and have additional training in relevant emergency and safety procedures, as well as NARCAN training.
Our complimentary transportation is only available to clients.
Yes. All clients are required to wear a seat belt while in a Pyramid Walden vehicle.
